The TimbaTec Pocket DOCKING STATION was constructed as a charging station for TimbaTec Pocket devices and permits data exchange to proceed via the built-in interface at the same time as the charging
process.
The TimbaTec Pocket DOCKING STATION is used as a desktop apparatus; it can be utilized, however, while firmly affixed to the wall (with optional mounting plate).
A TimbaTec Pocket can be easily and securely placed in position in the DOCKING STATION, and so connected, be moved onto a stacker or into an automobile. A socket which affords mains connection for power supply is found on the rear, using the accompanying cable. With a suitable adapter (on request) it is also possible to get power from the 12-volt dashboard outlet of a motor vehicle.
From a 7-pin terminal, likewise found on the rear, a able for data transfer can be connected to a PC.

The TimbaTec Pocket TWIN CHARGER has been designed as a charging station for all TimbaTec Pocket accupacks.
It is possible to charge one or two accupacks simultaneously.
The TimbaTec Pocket TWIN CHARGER is normally used as a desktop device, or can be mounted on the wall. It also can be used at a forklift or in a car, because the TimbaTec Pocket accupacks are latched into the TWIN Charger. The power supply is made over a suitable adapter.

TimbaTec Pocket Plug- in Charger is a convenient solution for charging the TimbaTec Pocket.
The Plug- in Charger is connected to the System Interface of the TimbaTec Pocket. Internal charging electronics of the TimbaTec Pocket controls charging of the Akku. Charging time amount to about 15 hours.

The TimbaTec Pocket itself remains absolutely watertight. After mounting it is completely integrated on the device. The TimbaTec Pocket Barcodemodule permits reading the most common bar codes into the TimbaTec Pocket and
the processing in the program, which is active at the moment.
TimbaTec Pocket bar code module can be re-tooled simply. It is then perfectly fixed to the device. The lateral keys can be programmed to release scanning. The provided bar code driver serves in order to communicate with the bar code module. The read-in-barcode is treated in such a way, as if the characters are input over the keyboard. Thus it can be merged without software modification into each application, which presently operates in the foreground. The beam is very bright and also visible under daylight-conditions.

With this protective cap it is possible to use PCMCIA cards longer than standard (for example, wireless cards with built-in antenna).
When doing so, the PCMCIA cover flap of the TimbaTec Pocket is replaced by the protective cap. TimbaTec Pocket remains thereby watertight.

The use of this cable makes possible data transfer from your TimbaTec Pocket or from your TimbaTec Pocket DOCKING STATION to another system (a Personal Computer, for example).
Using suitable software (for example, Active Sync + Windows CE Services) data exchange is carried out with no difficulty.
Take care to see that the cable is fastened securely to the device.

To charge your TimbaTec Pocket connect the secondary plug to the charging socket of the TimbaTec Pocket, and the primary plug to the 12 V outlet of your car.
The Car Adapter is suitable for use in dry places only.
The charging indicator on the service cable informs you about the charging status of your TimbaTec device. Two light-emitting diodes, Green (ready)and Red (charging) display conditions.
